Red Hat | AI community and practical tools
Learn early. Bring others with you.
The day after we received Google Gemini access, I started Red Hat's Product Marketing and AI Guild. The community now has 190+ members.

- Started the guild the day after receiving Google Gemini access
Alongside the guild, I've created and shared more than 50 AI skills and built a catalog for colleagues.
Colleagues use my simulated CISO, IT buyer, and skeptical reviewer skills to challenge messaging, sales decks, and other marketing materials.
Give partner marketers a useful first draft
I built a skill for a partner marketing team in another business unit. It drafts joint messaging for Red Hat OpenShift and independent software vendors.
I supplied an OpenShift messaging guide, a messaging framework, a corporate style guide, and sample templates. Users add the partner's product or technical information as PDFs.
- 1
Add partner context
Upload product or technical materials to complement the OpenShift references and templates.
- 2
Create a starting draft
Generate a joint messaging guide, quick reference card, and sales education deck.
- 3
Check and complete it
Verify sources and details. Fill gaps in proof points and objections before sharing.
Challenge messages from different perspectives
I also built three skills that colleagues use to test messages before putting them into marketing materials.
CISO perspective
Examine the message through a security leader's concerns.
Simulated IT buyers
Explore possible reactions from IT decision-maker perspectives.
Skeptical critic
Challenge Red Hat claims through a deliberately critical perspective.
These are AI simulations for internal review. We use their feedback to strengthen messages, decks, and other marketing assets.
Make the tools available to colleagues
I built a catalog to help colleagues find and share the skills.
The partner skill includes instructions users can request within the tool.
Make technical challenges tangible
I used AI to build three arcade games about Kubernetes challenges and related Red Hat capabilities.
Try Multicluster Ops for fleet management, or Trace Against Time for observability and troubleshooting.
